I didn't really want to share this photo of me (in the red) and Melanie (in the black) but I thought public humiliation would be the way to go! A few select friends of mine NEED to lose some weight this year. Not in 2009, or 2010. THIS YEAR it has to happen. I am ramping up for this big task. I really want to post my weight but my fingers are so fat they can't reach the numbers. I have choosen to do Weight Watchers again. Last time I lost fourteen and one half pounds (notice my finger couldn't reach the numbers here) over about 3-4 months. Pretty Good I think. This time is a little more serious.... I need to lose 25-30 pounds. I need to stick with it, make it my lifestyle. If you have anything to share about needing to lose weight with me...feel free to post here. Know something delicious that has a few "points" let me know. I'll keep adding pictures till I reach my goal weight. Then I will post me in a white string bikini!

Well now that you have decided to post that picture of us, here are my thoughts.....the camera adds way more than 10 pounds and black just isn't as slenderizing as everyone says it is. Let the weight loss begin!
LMBO 100x. Love the pic. I lost 50 pounds last year. I will tell you how but NOBODY wants to hear it. You HAVE to e-x-c-e-r-c-i-s-e, and, you can't eat very much. I eat meat (3oz) only once a day, that's it no more EVER, eat NOTHING with sugar, not even sweetner because it gives you a "taste" for sweet stuff.Then, I eat fruit and veggies the rest of the day. Sorry, that is how it works, no magic pill, no counting anything. To loose weight you have to shut your mouth! My goal for this year is 40 more and I will be "smokin hot"! Oh, did I mention you have to exercise?

here's an AWESOME ww snack for you, and... best of all ONLY ONE POINT!! the little hostess 100-calorie pack cupcakes. the chocolate cupcakes!! one point!! the yellow ones have i think three points, but not the chocolate ones, only one! it's close... but it's still only one. :)
